Emplacement de camping à proximité de la course l'Andinoise

The Ain is a land of cycling. The summit of the Grand Colombier (1534m altitude) in the south of the Jura massif is considered to be one of the most difficult passes in France. In fact, the Tour de France peloton frequently passes over it. Would you like to tackle this legendary pass? Why not take part in the Andinoise cycle race, which takes place on 10 May 2025.

There are two routes for this race. The first, starting in Belley, is a 75km loop with a positive altitude difference of 1,716 metres that crosses the Col du Grand Colombier halfway along the route. The second, also starting from Belley, is a 110-kilometre loop with a positive vertical drop of 2,723 metres and an ascent of the Grand Colombier at the 75ᵉ kilometre mark. Both races start from Belley at 9am. Registration fees are €30 for the short course and €40 for the long course. In addition to participation in the race with individual timing, registration includes refreshments along the route and a meal at the finish.

It is because we love traditional camping that we thought of this site. Because we sometimes regret that the rental accommodations now occupy so much space on campsites, we wanted to highlight the sites where tents, caravans and motorhomes are still the majority. And to offer all those who share our love of the outdoor life, a site with travel ideas, technical advice and above all a choice of campsites where it is good to come and put up your caravan or tent.
