The municipal campsite Au Bord du Loir in Le Lude is located in the heart of the Loir Valley and in a small town of character, notably renowned for its castle, which is a stone’s throw from the campsite. Le Lude is in the centre of three major cities: Le Mans, Tours and Angers.
The campsite has a three-star rating and is a pleasant and welcoming place to spend a family holiday. There are table tennis tables, tennis courts, a petanque pitch and a playground, as well as a municipal swimming pool with an indoor pool open all year round and an outdoor pool with a slide open in the summer. The pitches are large and you can choose your pitch on arrival.
The touring pitches are open to all types of campers: tents, caravans, motor homes. It is possible to have a pitch with or without electricity, except for camper vans which are obliged to have electricity. On your arrival, the choice of your pitch is yours.
Foodtrucks come to the campsite during the high season to offer meals on site to campers.
* Campers have access to the municipal swimming pool (indoor and outdoor for the summer) located 50m from the campsite. If you wish, you can take advantage of its wellness area with its sauna and hammam as well as aquagym classes (at an extra cost).
Entertainment for children, teenagers and families is offered during the high season as well as one evening per week.
