Camping de la Torche Sites et Paysages, in South Finistère, is a haven of peace in the heart of Brittany’s countryside. Ideally situated close to the sea, it offers you the opportunity to camp in a preserved environment, just a stone’s throw from the famous La Torche surf spot. You’ll be able to (re)discover numerous water sports such as surfing, paddleboarding and kitesurfing.
Camping de la Torche Sites et Paysages is a natural, family-friendly campsite that stands out for its commitment to the environment and its desire to offer you an authentic experience in harmony with nature. Sensitive to the need to preserve the environment, our nature campsite is set up in such a way as to limit its environmental impact, with rigorous management of water and energy resources and the use of renewable energy. This year, our efforts have once again been rewarded by the award of the Ecolabel and the Clef verte.
Whether you’re a fan of camping in a tent, a caravan or a camper van, you’ll find spacious pitches, bordered by natural hedges, offering privacy and comfort. The trees, plants and local vegetation create a soothing atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries and enjoying the fresh air.
The campsite is also a great base for exploring the region. Whether you want to go walking or cycling, or discover the seascapes through water-based activities, you have access to numerous paths and cycle tracks to visit the wild Breton coast. You can also observe the local wildlife, particularly migratory birds, which find refuge in the surrounding areas. Our campsite is also an LPO refuge.
Staying at Camping de la Torche means choosing a campsite on a human scale where nature and the environment are central concerns. It’s also an invitation to slow down, to live at the rhythm of the elements and to rediscover the simple pleasure of camping in the heart of nature, in a place where everything is done to offer you an unforgettable experience that respects the ecosystem, as part of slow tourism.
Camping de la Torche Sites et Paysages ***, a campsite in South Finistère, has 87 camping pitches, perfectly delimited by hedges, with trees and shade, for a convivial holiday in Brittany in harmony with nature.
Electricity is available on many of our pitches, but it is advisable to bring a blue European plug (adapter) and an extension lead. It is strictly forbidden to plug in your electric vehicle on the pitches: special recharging points are available on the campsite.
Campsite pitches are for a maximum of 6 people. Extra people must check in at reception before moving in. Additional tents are permitted at no extra charge. Dogs are welcome on our campsite: they must be kept on a lead and their faeces must be picked up.
The “nature” pitches are the smallest on our campsite and are therefore not suitable for large vans or motorhomes. We therefore advise you to take a “comfort” pitch or a “privilege XL” pitch to make the most of your stay.
