A small family and friendly campsite along the port of Carentan where well and bike rides are a real treat, just a few steps from the town centre and its shops. A region rich in history with reference to the beaches of Utah Beach, you can discover many museums on the DDAY. All the pitches are grassy and spacious with the possibility to choose shade or sun depending on the season.
Some “canal comfort” pitches on the upper part of the campsite overlook the port and its boats or the racecourse in the shade of tall trees.
* The snack is open in low season (April, May, June, September) during school holidays and weekends.
The campsite is located close to the landing beaches (15km/20mn) . A visit to the city of the Sea and its aquarium is a must in Cherbourg (45km/30mn). Don’t miss the unmissable Mont St Michel, listed as a UNESCO heritage site (120km/1h15).
