Camper Van Weekend in May

Camper Van Week-End

The last Camper Van Week-End, held in Chantilly in October, was the last gathering we attended before the return of curfew and confinement. And it is possible that the spring version of this van gathering will be the first one after confinement. Let’s hope so.

If the autumn edition was held in the North of Paris, it is this time the town of Brissac-Quincé, not far from Angers, which will host this gathering on 7, 8 and 9 May next. During the whole weekend, you will have the opportunity to visit a village of exhibitors bringing together van manufacturers, van fitting specialists as well as van life enthusiasts eager to share their experience. A real open-air van and van show. The whole event will be enhanced by a barbecue evening, wine tastings and various activities and entertainment throughout the weekend.

Access to the exhibitors’ village is free of charge. However, it is advisable to reserve your place online, particularly to enable the organisers to set up the entire sanitary protocol.

It is because we love traditional camping that we thought of this site. Because we sometimes regret that the rental accommodations now occupy so much space on campsites, we wanted to highlight the sites where tents, caravans and motorhomes are still the majority. And to offer all those who share our love of the outdoor life, a site with travel ideas, technical advice and above all a choice of campsites where it is good to come and put up your caravan or tent.
