Even if reading is a popular activity on the beaches of the swimming pools, it is not enough to link camping and literature. However, for the third year in a row, the CAMPING IN DORDOGNE CHATEAU LE VERDOYER is organising a book fair this summer. The idea for this exhibition was born following Raphael Grangier’s book, “Ils vont tous mourir“, a thriller set for Château le Verdoyer.
The author and Floris Ausems, owner of this 4-star establishment in the Périgord, decided to create a literary event on the campsite. Following the success of the first two editions, in 2018 and 2019, Château le Verdoyer will host the third edition of its book fair on July 5, 2020. On the program of this day that will have Gilles Caillot as sponsor, signing sessions with twenty writers, but also animations like a Murder Party and a conference of criminology.
